Submersible Pipes

Submersible Pipes

Ravi Industries , One of the Indias polymer pipe manufacturing company with products spanning all your piping needs, brings to you Submersible Pipes.

When it comes to tapping underground water resources, Submersible Pipes play a very important role-Mainly in digging Bore wells/Tube wells. Hence these pipes must have the ability to withstand high tensile loads. The most suitable and time tested material that meets this demand is uPVC, due to its inherent properties over GI pipes. Submersible Pipes are the lifeline of any Bore well or Tube well.

At Ravi Industries we understand this, Submersible Pipes are designed for easy, leak-free fitment and long life. The unique clamping zone in Ravi Industries Submersible Pipes ensures very tight joints of male and female threads. The Pipes are further provided with rubber gasket and a C.I. adaptor. Ravi Industries uPVC Submersible Pipes can be installed in all types of soil conditions- whether acidic or alkaline. Ravi Industries uPVC Submersible Pipes are available in standard 3 meter lengths. These pipes are colour coded white.

Range

Ravi Industries Submersible Pipes is available in sizes from 25mm to 125mm (1 inch to approx. 5 inch) ID & in standard 3 metre lengths.

Features

Light weight hence easy to transport

Easy to Install

Leak free Joints

Smooth inner bore for better flow rate of water ensures savings in electrical costs involved in pumping

Hygienic and safe

Immune to galvanic or electrolytic corrosion thus ensuring long life below the ground

Lower installation & maintenance costs as compared to conventional pipes

Installation

Fit special rubber gasket (supplied with pipes & adapters) properly in groove of all external square threads in pipes & special adaptors

Tighten adaptor properly

Tighten the pipes one after another with the help of light jerk of pipe wrench so that more than 50% of rubber seal gets into the internal thread socket of adjacent pipe. Keep lowering in bore well

When all pipes for necessary depths have been lowered, then again fit special adapter on top of last pipe. Connect necessary fittings and clamping systems
